The Watex Warriors is headed by a Democracy. We are equal in power. The People make the decisions, but sometimes soldiers will get to vote in polls for things to do with the welfare of the army. 

In order to uphold the law, and leaders being the busy people they are, if a circumstance arises where a person is needing to be tried for any reason, a court will be made on the spot. The court is made up of mod ranks, with them being enrolled as the jury, the judge would be any owner rank other than a leader that is willing to accept that task. Trials would be held at the Jmann Soldiers chat, which can be accessed by the tab located on the main JS chat.

Is there a leader you and other soldiers don’t appreciate and or like? Thinking of impeachment as an option? If that’s the case then give a report to an owner rank, that owner rank will then converse with other owner ranks and take your report into thought, depending on how much soldiers agree of disliking the specific leader, depends on how serious your report will be taken.

Laws

This is a public list of the Rules in the JS army. These rules only apply to this army, and no others. A soldier gets 3 chances before infractions take place. After your 3rd chance, you will be infracted first by being banned from the army for 5 hours. Your second infraction will be being banned from the army for 24 hours. The third and final infraction is being banned from the army forever.

Freedom of Speech 

- Keep you’re talk professional, do not get to personal with another person in the army (ex. giving out phone number, address, full name, etc.)

- Avoid religious conversations, not everyone has the same view point as you, this can cause out-of-control arguments.

- Keep you’re well embossed statements to yourself if you can. Don’t be blunt with people if you know it will lead to something bad. If you have some issues with a person, take it to Private Chat because no one cares.

- Avoid sexual conversations, again take it to PC. No one wants to see you and another person online sex chatting.

Freedom to Rights

- If you are a Owner or Moderator on the chat box, do not ban, kick, mute, boot, superkick, etc. for no valid reason. You have a job, so do it right and don’t abuse it. Only do the consequences listed above if a individual breaks these chat rules:

1. Does not keep language under PG-13 (3 warning kicks, then 5 hour ban)
2. Spams (3 warning kicks, then 5 hour ban)
3. Scams (5-10 hour ban)
4. Phishes (10 hour ban)
5. Begins to “troll” (forever ban)

With Owners & Moderators giving consequences for the above rules, they are most likely aware of what risk they are putting themselves at, and that it is just a part of the job. If a Owner or Moderator abuses their powers, an infraction will be given to them on the spot.
